Compliance to Directions

In order to ensure that the entire activity remains under control of single entity/TAC holder, while Proposing the above procedure, it has specifically been mandated that the proper record of manufacture and issue of registration plate, affixation etc. Shall be maintained and be linked with the vehicle registration database maintained by the Statutory Authorities.
It is further stated that incomplete plates/Security features cannot be sold separately.

The guidelines issued by MoRTH are in compliance to the various orders/directions issues by The Honourable Supreme Court, �It must be insured that one single person is responsible for manufacturing, fixation of seals, imprinting of numbers and affixation of HSRP on vehicles.�
